What’s In It For You?

We are looking for a part time account executive but would consider full time for the right candidate. This position is a springboard for growth within our organization and is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the insurance sector and wants to join an energetic team of professionals. The ideal candidate must demonstrate that they are customer focused, motivated to go the extra mile, goal and detailed oriented, always looking to learn and expand their skill set, and has a polished and professional demeanor.

Our ideal candidate will be driven to succeed and enthusiastic about improving the way we serve our clients. Customer service and administrative tasks are part of this role. A team player who takes pride in offering superior service would thrive in this position.

Previous insurance experience preferred but not required.

Opportunity to:
  • Work in a highly visible role and report directly to the Managing Partner.
  • Have the opportunity to assist with growing the business and being financially rewarded via commission for your hard work.
  • Will learn and master the “ropes” on how to on-board new clients and set-up and deliver new policy information.
  • Continually provides excellent customer service, ensuring timely responses to all internal and external clients.
  • Business Development: Actively participates in “policy ownership” research, investigation, and reconciliation to retain and/or expand existing client base.
  • Account Management: Conduct routine check in’s: i.e.: thank our customers for their business, point out gaps in coverage, help with billing, etc.
  • Customer Service: Field all inbound phone and email requests from customers; Assist with customer payments and billing questions; process endorsements and cancellations; Prepare insurance binders and certificates; Complete registry paperwork for customers.
What we need from you:
  • No insurance experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and organize time effectively.
  • Highly organized, pays attention to detail, and completes assigned tasks on time.
  • Proactively communicates with supervisor and team.
  • Fast-learner, results-oriented, inquisitive individual motivated to grow and develop with our agency.
  • Confident, team player who can help create, refine and expand their role.
